– Water: a glass
– Chicken broth: cup
– Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
– Butter: 2 Tsp
– Long grain rice: cup
– Basil Nashef: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
– Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon…
How to prepare
1. Put water with chicken broth, lemon juice, butter, basil, lemon juice and salt in a saucepan until the mixture begins to boil.
2. Add the rice, black pepper, cover the pot and cook and leave for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
3. Serve hot with meat or chicken as desired.
